Oven Baked Chicken Wings
INGREDIENTS
- 1 package Pastured Chicken Wings (about 1.5 lbs)
- 1 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Pre heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. For crispy wings, fit the pan with an oven-safe wire rack.
- Melt butter in a bowl large enough to fit your wings.
- Add wings and toss to coat.
- Arrange butter coated wings on the wire rack (or foil if you don’t have a rack) so they aren’t touching.
- In a separate, small bowl mix spices together. Sprinkle the chicken wings with the seasoning mix on both sides.
- Bake the wings until they are cooked through to an internal temp of 165 degrees F. The skin will be browned and, if using a wire rack, crispy. This will take about 30 minutes, depending your oven.
