Oven Baked Chicken Wings

Oven Baked Chicken Wings

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package Pastured Chicken Wings (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pre heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. For crispy wings, fit the pan with an oven-safe wire rack.
  3. Melt butter in a bowl large enough to fit your wings.
  4. Add wings and toss to coat.
  5. Arrange butter coated wings on the wire rack (or foil if you don’t have a rack) so they aren’t touching.
  6. In a separate, small bowl mix spices together. Sprinkle the chicken wings with the seasoning mix on both sides.
  7. Bake the wings until they are cooked through to an internal temp of 165 degrees F. The skin will be browned and, if using a wire rack, crispy. This will take about 30 minutes, depending your oven.
