Refund policy

Due to food safety and spoilage concerns, our food items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds once they leave the market or farm. 

It is extremely difficulty to create uniform products year round on a pasture-based, regenerative farm. If you find something that isn’t up to your standards, please let us know! We’ll do our best to make it better next time.

Our products will fluctuate with the seasons and no animal is created equal. We appreciate your understanding that we are not factory farming operations that mix thousands of animals in one burger patty so that they all taste about the same.
