Cover a sheet pan with parchment paper. Using a Kitchen Aid mixer (or your hands), combine the Pork Pan Sausage and cream cheese until completely combined.
Add shredded cheddar cheese until mixed well.
In a small bowl combine flour, salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
Add flour mixture to the sausage mixture and combine until the dry ingredients are incorporated completely.
Use a spoon or a small scoop to make even-sized balls that are about 1.5" diameter, and then use your hands to pack firmly into a round shape.
Turn oven to 375 degrees and while it pre-heats, refrigerate the sausage balls.
Bake at 375 for about 20-25 minutes, until they are browned on top and cooked to an internal temp of 165 degrees F.
