- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper

- In a small bowl combine flour, salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Add flour mixture to the sausage mixture and combine until the dry ingredients are incorporated completely.
- Use a spoon or a small scoop to make even-sized balls that are about 1.5" diameter, and then use your hands to pack firmly into a round shape.
- Turn oven to 375 degrees and while it pre-heats, refrigerate the sausage balls.
- Bake at 375 for about 20-25 minutes, until they are browned on top and cooked to an internal temp of 165 degrees F.
